Yes. Bike storage is billed monthly and automatically renews on the anniversary date of your signup.

Registration and payment are completed online through Square. All customers must agree to the Terms & Conditions during checkout.

You may cancel your subscription through Square. Please cancel at least two weeks before your next billing date.

If your bike remains in storage after cancellation, additional charges may apply until the bike is removed.

The facility is currently being prepared and will be opening in the coming weeks. We'll contact all registered members as soon as storage is available.

Members will receive a secure access code once storage is available. The facility will be self-serve and accessible 24/7.

In the event that White Pine Bike Rentals needs to move your bike for maintenance, cleaning, or operational purposes, authorized team members will have access to the lock code. The facility is monitored by security cameras and features controlled access for added peace of mind.

Yes. Helmets, panniers, and small accessories may be stored with your bike.

There are no restrooms inside the storage facility. However, portable restrooms and nearby businesses are available within walking distance.
